Healthy students are better learners.
Our dedicated Health Services nurses care for students through illness, injuries, screenings, and chronic health needs. By providing health education and promoting wellness, we help students build healthy habits for life—so they can feel their best and thrive in and out of the classroom.

Reminders:
7th Grade Families:
Students entering Grade 7 must have received one dose of Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis (Tdap) vaccine and one dose of Meningitis (MCV) vaccine. Students are also required to have a dental exam. You will receive a notification and permission slip to either allow or decline the exam once a date is confirmed. The school district will provide a dentist and physician to complete the exams.11th Grade Families:
Students in Grade 11 are required to have a physical exam. You will receive a notification and permission slip to either allow or decline the exam once a date is confirmed. The school district will provide a dentist and physician to complete the exams.12th Grade Families:
Students entering Grade 12 must have received a second dose of the Meningitis (MCV) vaccine.
Health Screenings (Grades 7–12)
Per Pennsylvania Code 23, the following annual health screenings are conducted:-
Height & Weight: Grades 7–12

Vision (Near & Far): Grades 7–12

Hearing: Grades 7 & 11

Scoliosis: Grade 7
If your child passes all screenings, no notice will be sent.
You will receive an email if follow-up is needed. -
