Our dedicated Health Services nurses care for students through illness, injuries, screenings, and chronic health needs. By providing health education and promoting wellness, we help students build healthy habits for life—so they can feel their best and thrive in and out of the classroom.

Reminders:
Incoming Kindergarten & 3rd Grade Families:
If your child does not have a completed Dental Form on file, and you haven’t submitted the private dentist form, a school dental exam will be scheduled this spring. More info to come.Current 2nd Grade Families:
Dental exams are required in 3rd grade. Please print and have your dentist complete the School Dental Health Form, then return it to the school nurse.Current 5th Grade Families:
A physical exam is required for 6th grade. Please print and have your physician complete the School Physical Form, then return it to the school nurse.Current 6th Grade Families:
Students must have 1 dose of Tdap and 1 dose of MCV before the first day of 7th grade, unless a medical or religious exemption is provided.
