NORTH VERSAILLES — East Allegheny students, friends, family, and alumni are encouraged to wear their college colors on Friday, Aug. 30, in celebration of National College Colors Day. Please see the attached flier.

The day celebrates the beginning of college football season, and always takes place on the first Friday between the end of August and the beginning of September, before Labor Day. 

In addition, East Allegheny will use the day to honor sixth grade teacher Mrs. Kelly Cucunato, who is battling cancer. Mrs. Cucunato attended Penn State, and East Allegheny will send her photos of those wearing PSU gear.
