PA Diamond Recognition Highlights Impact of East Allegheny School Counselors

The East Allegheny School District is celebrating a major achievement by Ms. Emilia Mattucci and Mr. Joseph Pedulla, whose work as school counselors at East Allegheny Jr./Sr. High School has earned the program PA Diamond Recognition from the Pennsylvania School Counselors Association (PSCA). This prestigious honor recognizes exemplary school counseling programs that demonstrate high-quality, comprehensive, and data-informed practices aligned with the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Model.
