Chromebook Insurance Policy
Chromebook insurance is required for:
-
All students in grades 9–12
-
All EA Academy students (K–12)
These students are assigned a personal Chromebook that remains in their possession. If the device is damaged before the insurance fee is paid, the student or parent is financially responsible for any required repairs or replacement.
Students in Grades K–8 (In-Person Only):
Insurance is not required, as Chromebooks remain at school. However, insurance is available. If a student causes damage three times, parents/guardians will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
