EA senior Ian Miller balances a demanding schedule that includes swimming, robotics, track and field, art club, and Interact while maintaining strong academics and developing discipline and resilience. Through robotics competitions and years on the swim team, Ian has learned the value of teamwork, quick thinking, and consistent effort. After graduation, he is considering attending CCAC to pursue nursing or entering the IBEW to become an electrician.

Pennsylvania Department of Education Act 47 Survey
The Pennsylvania Department of Education has invoked Act 47 of 2025 regulations to consider consolidating the Duquesne City School District.
A project team has been formed to assess the educational, financial, administrative, and community impacts of consolidating Duquesne City with East Allegheny. The state is also considering three other school districts as part of its Act 47 requirements. Should the state opt to consolidate the Duquesne City SD, the receiving district would welcome all Duquesne students in grades K-12.

This community event is free to attend, with food and drinks provided, and no registration is required.
