KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION 2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR
Monday, March 22, 2010 1:00-3:00
Tuesday, March 23, 2010 9:00-11:30
Wednesday, March 24, 2010 1:00-3:00 / 5:00-7:00
Thursday, March 25, 2010 9:00-11:30
Registration will occur in the board room at the administrative building located next to the high school.
Required information: registration forms, birth certificate, immunization records, and 3 proofs of residency (A. Mortgage, deed or rental agreement, B. Utility bill – Gas or Electric and C. Driver’s license). All items must contain your correct address.
All registration material must be completed in full to complete the registration process.
A Kindergarten child must be 5 years old before September 1, 2010.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The waiver the East Allegheny School District submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Education has been received. We just received notice that they are asking for additional information in order to consider our request. PDE has not refused our request at this time and we will continue to work with PDE on submitting the supplemental information they have requested in order to help them make a decision. While we believe the total request will not be granted, we feel there is a strong possibility that we may pick up a waiver of one or two days. We will keep you informed on the outcome of this matter.
PENNSYLVANIA'S RACE TO THE TOP APPLICATION
We have just been notified that Pennsylvania is one of 16 finalists for the Federal Race To The Top funding. As more information becomes available, we will post it on the website.

Beginning Monday, March 8, 2010, Central Registration will be at the Logan Middle School.
