 Athletic Physical Exam schedule for the 2010-2011 school year;

Grades 6-8;  Thursday, June 3, 2010,  8:45-10-30 am, Logan MS Nurses suite


Grades 9-11; Friday, June 4, 2010, 8:45-10:30 am, EAHS Cafeteria and Nurses Suite

         

The CIPPE physical exam information must be turned into the Nurses Office prior to getting your physical exam. No athlete will be permitted to participate in athletics without a physical exam. CIPPE packets can be picked up in the nurses office, athletic office, and from the web site below.

PIAA start dates for athletics and due dates for the completed CIPPE packets and physical exams.

CIPPE due date for Fall Athletics:             August 9, 2010
First day of Fall Sports:                             August 16, 2010

CIPPE due date for Winter Athletics:        November 12, 2010
First day of Winter Sports:                        November 19, 2010

CIPPE due date for Spring Athletics:         February 28, 2010
First day of Spring Sports:                         March 7, 2011
